Showed up ten minutes before their scheduled time to close, Saturday afternoon at ten till three. Guy working said we're closed. I said oh sorry the sign says till 3:00. He said yeah holiday hours and closed the door. This is the one I use most of the time when they're open, their hours are kind of weird. Or the kids just close early. But done with this one now.
I paid for a years service and have been a member for over 10 years. In the last 2 years they no longer creased any of my jeans. With multiple requests we still have to return
Dropped off my suit on a Monday, received it on a Wednesday. The gentleman that worked there on April 8th at 4:30pm 2024 was the same guy that I picked up the suit with in April 10th at 4:54pm. He was personal, professional, and great with his work. I’ll keep going back here.
Dropped of a costume that we have had cleaned there for the past 2 years. Went to pickup on the scheduled pickup day, 4 days later, after receiving a text that said it was ready. It had NOT been cleaned because apparently I needed to sign a waiver that colors might bleed. Why wasn’t I ask to sign this at drop off or given a phone call in the days I was waiting? I put a suit for cleaning and to tighten some buttons. When I arrived to get my suit it was stated they didn’t tighten the buttons, and sent it back out but he couldn’t tell me if it would be back in time for me to go to a wedding I still haven’t heard anything. The wedding is in the 20th of this month.
