Honestly I was nervous at first due to the reviews but I got my dress :) so I’d say that’s a plus I just wish the guy at the register would say a bit more
I took a new dress shirt in to be washed & pressed. It came back looking like He**. I requested a redo…It came back looking worse than the original. I wish I could show the pictures. I took it back in this morning & requested a refund. A female owner or manager was there & agreed it looked unfit to wear. She offered a redo…If they can’t get it right the 1st two times, forget it. Took some black jeans here. Simply asked them make sure u don’t put in dry so they don’t fade. Picked up my jeans and they were faded. Told the manger about it he begin to get mad and raising his voice.
I have used Pride for more than 10 years, during that time multiple men's dress shirts have been torn/ripped, always around the front collar area. The store manager told me that the shirt was old and that is why it ripped and it has happened on around 10 shirts (his words) over the last 1.5 years. I tried pointing out a simple fact that I brought a shirt in that was intact and was returned a shirt with a rip in the collar, clearly done in their laundry/press process. I took my comforter in to have it cleaned. When I got it home and took it off the hanger, all of the filling had rolled up along one side of the comforter. The rest of it was flat, with nothing between. I called and asked what had happened and why I wasn’t told that it was ruined when I picked it up and the man I spoke to was short and seemed upset that I would question him.
