I don’t need dry cleaning very often but they did an excellent job on the pants and jackets I took there. Only 3 days to pick up was nice too. Conveniently located in Olathe. Highly recommend.
I am their regular customer. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. Their service is fast. I dropped off my comforters and a sleeping bag on Monday. They were ready the next day!
I’m sorry to say that our experience with this cleaner was incredibly disappointing. 1) The smell at the counter did NOT smell clean. Profuse body odor. 2) We took our comforter in on Monday and were told it would be back after 4pm on Wednesday. My husband was told at 5pm on pick-up day that our comforter would not be back until Saturday! Saturday! 3) We did not receive a call to tell us that our comforter would not be ready. My daughter's dress turned out great. It had no cleaning instructions and Pride's got it done without any harm!! 😊😊
I had a fantastic first time experience with Pride Cleaners. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I was worried that I was dropping off too close to when I needed the dress and jacket back, but it was ready the next day! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price!
