I’m sorry to say that our experience with this cleaner was incredibly disappointing. 1) The smell at the counter did NOT smell clean. Profuse body odor. 2) We took our comforter in on Monday and were told it would be back after 4pm on Wednesday. My husband was told at 5pm on pick-up day that our comforter would not be back until Saturday! Saturday! 3) We did not receive a call to tell us that our comforter would not be ready. I had a fantastic first time experience with Pride Cleaners. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I was worried that I was dropping off too close to when I needed the dress and jacket back, but it was ready the next day! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price!
I love the next day service on comforters! Also love the 25% off all comforters sale! My comforter looks amazing! Friendly staff as well which is very important to me.
Although I’m just another # (they ask for my phone number to look up my order;-/ ) they have always treated me with respect and kindness- and- have (on rare occasions when there was a problem with my order, they were always polite and quick to fix it) my shirts always look great… I do wish they didn’t cost so much 🤪
The clerk screamed obscenities through the door when he saw me coming to drop clothes off near close time. I let him know people could hear him and he pretended to care. Told me a drop off on Thursday would be back Monday and then blamed his boss (who I hope gets to read this) for that. Literally every other dry cleaner in the area can get your stuff back the next day. Definitely avoid.
