They are exceptionally helpful and kind. They offer convenient 24-hour drop-off and pickup services. I was quite surprised that they were able to thoroughly clean my jacket, but they indeed succeeded.

I have never been to a self-serve before it was interesting and new experience. The gentleman was super friendly which helps alot. Great location for this service.

Fast and efficient . Front clerk very nice and courteous. She understood my situation and made sure I had my item back in time. Customer service like that is rare and hard to find.

Pride Cleaners did a fantastic job of getting stains out of a COACH bag with the TIFFANY blue interior. I allowed someone to borrow it. BIG MISTAKE!!! They left God only know what in the bag in the heat for days!! EVERYTHING in it either MELTED, EXPLODED, or OZZED into every nook and cranny of the bag. Not sure what to think. I'd rather do my own laundry. I heard a woman picked up my clothes and acted like she was "picking them up for me". I lost hundreds of dollars worth of clothes. I had a clothing abuser. One lady at the other pride cleaners tried to steal $100.00 of my dad's money out of my wallet. I prefer to do my laundry at other places. My skin doesn't feel good at all after getting the last package of clothes from them. It's creepy.
