Update, this information below is incorrect. Google Wallet DOES work and is perfect. I was mistaken and apologize for prior readers. Please use this service. Not supporting Google wallet directly from the phone via NFC is disappointing. The drop off and pick up was simple and agreeable but requiring a payment card on an automated system seems like either we're cutting corners or haven't thought enough about the customer experience and spent too much time on the back office ease to deploy.

They did at least manage to maintain the timeframe that they said I would get my belongings back in, but I asked for heavy starch and military creases and neither nor was done to my clothing, but I did get charged for it. Pride Cleaners please get back with me and let me know what we can do rectify this

I like the new machine for easy dropping off but after one of last cleanings a button was broken on my shirt. So the next I came in I put on the special request section to fix my bottom, I got my shirt back and took it on vacation and the button was not fixed. I brought it back and asked again to fix and still nothing. Is repairing buttons no longer happening?

They are exceptionally helpful and kind. They offer convenient 24-hour drop-off and pickup services. I was quite surprised that they were able to thoroughly clean my jacket, but they indeed succeeded.

I didn't really like the self service as I had many questions. My outfit came out fine, so I'd say, I'll use it again.
