Pride Cleaners did a fantastic job of getting stains out of a COACH bag with the TIFFANY blue interior. I allowed someone to borrow it. BIG MISTAKE!!! They left God only know what in the bag in the heat for days!! EVERYTHING in it either MELTED, EXPLODED, or OZZED into every nook and cranny of the bag. The attendant was professional and courteous. I had an issue with the first cleaning. I return the garment and with no questions asked she received the garment to address my concerns and they did at no extra cost to me. I will be a repeated customer, if the LORD says the same.
Each time that I come into this place, there's rarely any customers in the place. So you would think that I can get in and out quickly, but they always seem to be doing something more important than getting my clothes.
Klaudia is great. I had a chocolate stain, she sent it back to get it cleaned. She is always happy she is a personable customer service person.
I am very happy with my service at Pride. I recently had alterations made and a button replaced and they exceeded my expectations thanks to Klaudia
