I used to take all my dry cleaning to pride cleaners...I had one favorite shirt, and I decided to buy another of that favorite shirt a year or so later, and held it up to my old favorite and saw the old one was dingy and grey...I took my old favorite to another dry cleaner and told them that it has become grey and dingy, and they cleaned it and it became, once again, bright and light again! I never have looked back
White sweater with rhinestones. Whole reason I dry clean it. It was returned to me without a bag covering it. The clerk wasn’t willing to put one on, he was great. Do better!
I took two of my favorite shirts to the 95th and Antioch location. One had a little bit of blood on the back and the other had a large stain on the sleeve. They came back with the same stains and Jody the new manager put them through again. They came back with no stains. Jody saw it though and a little elbow grease was used. Thank you for your great customer service Jody!
Claudia great! She is always pleasant and kind. Would give 5 stars but the prices are getting ridiculous and Pride needs to bring back daily specials!!!
Pride Cleaners did a fantastic job of getting stains out of a COACH bag with the TIFFANY blue interior. I allowed someone to borrow it. BIG MISTAKE!!! They left God only know what in the bag in the heat for days!! EVERYTHING in it either MELTED, EXPLODED, or OZZED into every nook and cranny of the bag.
