I recently had the pleasure of using Pride Cleaners, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I brought in a few delicate items that needed special care, and I was thrilled with the results. Dropped off 2 uniform shirts and a pair uniform slacks. I didn’t receive the slacks as you all still have them. They were lost somewhere on your end. Both uniform shirts were to be pressed. The lines were completely off. Not at all happy with this service as this is the second time this has happened. I took them a fluffy queen comforter, and I'm pleased with their service. It was returned in a zipped storage bag, very nice I'll keep it in that until I need it

Not a fan of the new automated kiosks. This might be of value to people wanting to drop-off/pick-up outside of business hours. Never received any texts, or receipts like the kiosk stated. Will be a bigger issue when the technology doesn't work, and there's no way to get assistance. Again, think this is great for those wanting after-hours service. But, slower than the previous drop-off process and very impersonal. Courious how you shove a comforter in that chute?

Truly remarkable customer service. Both attendants (drop off and pick up) went above and beyond to ensure my procrastination disaster was circumvented. The pick up attendant saved me from buying a replacement costume! Very grateful!
