The lady was kind behind the counter. I even called to ensure that I got heavy starch. I pretty sure she did that. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy! Good price. Not a great price. But like everything it’s all gone up.
The 24/7 kiosk made it really easy, even for a first time customer, to drop off and receive the garment cleaned both after hours. Convenient, fast, and did the job. I will be going back!
The automated dry cleaning services are user friendly and I was in constant contact on the status of my clothing. However, I had entered minor alterations(example. Buttons to fix, specific stains, etc.) and when I got my items back. Everything was dry cleaned and nothing was fixed or addressed. Filling out all the information I did was a waste of time. Dropped off 2 uniform shirts and a pair uniform slacks. I didn’t receive the slacks as you all still have them. They were lost somewhere on your end. Both uniform shirts were to be pressed. The lines were completely off. Not at all happy with this service as this is the second time this has happened. Not a fan of the new automated kiosks. This might be of value to people wanting to drop-off/pick-up outside of business hours. Never received any texts, or receipts like the kiosk stated. Will be a bigger issue when the technology doesn't work, and there's no way to get assistance. Again, think this is great for those wanting after-hours service. But, slower than the previous drop-off process and very impersonal. Courious how you shove a comforter in that chute?
