Not a fan of the new automated kiosks. This might be of value to people wanting to drop-off/pick-up outside of business hours. Never received any texts, or receipts like the kiosk stated. Will be a bigger issue when the technology doesn't work, and there's no way to get assistance. Again, think this is great for those wanting after-hours service. But, slower than the previous drop-off process and very impersonal. Courious how you shove a comforter in that chute?
Fast and easy to take your clothes to the cleaners. Easy, walk in drop your clothes bag that is provided, in the container,close the door. You will receive a text message when you can pick it up. Put in your name and your clothes go into a hanging place. Pay and go. Perfect. 24 hours a day.
Absolutely an amazing experience. Love the technology they have invested in for drop off and pick up. My coat was back in two days vs a week and at third of the price compared to a near by competitor.
This location is great! They recently added in there 24 hour pickup/drop off machines which are awesome. Always have had great customer service here. Have taken large expensive comforters to basic dress shirts and they take great care of them every time. They also do repairs.
It was awesome picking up my pants. They were closed however I entered my phone number in the system paid with my card and my pants popped out. I love the upgrades!! Thanks again.
