Very satisfied with getting my suit cleaned. It was ready exactly when they said it would be. Price very reasonable. Definitely recommend for your dry cleaning needs. Thank you for a job well done. Will use from now on.

I’ve usually had good luck with this location, however, today I picked up a comforter that looked like it had been folded by a 2 year old. Upon opening the comforter up to replace on my bed, I discovered the spot that I asked them to treat was not removed. Not worth the gas money to take it to this store.

They used to be good. However , the last time I picked up my duvet , only the cover was present;insert missing. I saw the insert hanging on their rack but the staff member told me it had a different customer’s name on it. I asked for a call back from the manager , left 2 voicemails - no callback ; response still pending. Poor service. Sorry to witness this decline.

I am satisfied with the cleaning that I have had done at Pride cleaners and at the attention paid to instructions that I provide to Sophie. Thank you. Your pricing, however, seems high on women’s shirts for laundry and pressing.

I will not be returning to this location in particular. I have a weighted blanket that I get dry cleaned between every 6-8 weeks. The staff in there has always been rude about it because it is 20 pounds. They make comments to me like “if your dog wouldn’t pee on this blanket so much we wouldn’t have to deal with it.” Or “oh the weighted blanket lady is back.” My dog is a 100 pound Bernese Mountain Dog, he sheds.
