I recently had the pleasure of using Pride Cleaners, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I brought in a few delicate items that needed special care, and I was thrilled with the results. Dropped off 2 uniform shirts and a pair uniform slacks. I didn’t receive the slacks as you all still have them. They were lost somewhere on your end. Both uniform shirts were to be pressed. The lines were completely off. Not at all happy with this service as this is the second time this has happened. As soon as I recieve refund and my slacks back I will be going somewhere else that I can trust. Extremely disappointed in your service all the way around. I had to borrow a uniform for this weekend. Been using the Pride Cleaners Ambassador Drive location for years. Clothes and comforters are always nice and refreshed when picked up. Staff is super nice and helpful.

I took them a fluffy queen comforter, and I'm pleased with their service. It was returned in a zipped storage bag, very nice I'll keep it in that until I need it
