Staff is courteous and helpful. I dropped off clothing on Saturday 3/8, and the lady that waited on me, took the time to show me how to use the automated drop off and pick up. When I picked my order up on 3/13, I used the automated pick up. I then was instructed to go inside the store where I picked up my comforter from a nice lady working the counter. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient and Flawless Experience! I recently used the automated machines at Pride Cleaners on Ambassador Dr., and I couldn’t be more impressed! The entire process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The machines were user-friendly, and everything was clearly labeled, making it simple to get my laundry done without any hassle. Not a fan of the new automated kiosks. This might be of value to people wanting to drop-off/pick-up outside of business hours. Never received any texts, or receipts like the kiosk stated. Will be a bigger issue when the technology doesn't work, and there's no way to get assistance. Again, think this is great for those wanting after-hours service. But, slower than the previous drop-off process and very impersonal. Courious how you shove a comforter in that chute?
I was pretty stoked to see that I could pick up my items 24/7 with their new system, but when I went to pick my items up (2 adult dresses, 1 infant dress, 1 Christmas tree skirt), the system said it had to be picked up during business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, which are super inconvenient because that is when I also work... It took me weeks to pick up my items because I didn't go to a location with weekend hours because I assumed I could use this pick up system.
Solved I came in and found my dresses. Apparently, if you get a text message, then all of your pieces are there, but if you don’t, then some pieces may not have arrived. I guess my husband picked up his stuff early. I like these ladies and he likes the processing so I’m back to five stars.
