Told me something was next day pick up. I went to pick it up and my clothes were not there. I needed them for a wedding the next day (a Saturday), and due to work travel that week was unable to drop them off sooner. The girl that I dropped the bag off with the day before said it had been left unattended overnight. She was the one who took it. And she didn’t enter in my clothes and just left it on the counter. Great place, turn around is fast. Employees are good at remembering you. Discount used to be better but still pretty good.
