Pride Cleaners was wonderful experience. Respectful staff. Thursday drop-offs have 1-day turnaround and ready next day (Friday). Black suit top and pants were clean overall. A little microfibers here and there is normal but took out the heavier spots. Nothing a lint roller can’t handle. Will use again. Thanks!
My husband's favorite dress shirt had 5 spots on it after a wedding dinner. Pride was able to remove all of them. When the staff tells me a pickup date, it's always ready on time. For the past 10 years I've used Pride Cleaners in Lee's Summit, MO, exclusively for my dry cleaning needs. Staff is always courteous and pleasant.
Was provided a coupon for $20 off by 11/01 if I used $50 or more in services by Pride Cleaners. Dropped off more than $50 in items last week. I mentioned to the attendant about my coupon. He said he wasn't authorized to accept coupons. He said it could be taken care of at pickup. When I went in today for pickup the same attendant said I had to redeem it online. I redeem it online. This is an excellent cleaners and I still say the best one I have ever encountered. They have cleaned a variety of items for me through the past years from comforters to coats as well as a purse and the usual jackets, sweaters, and pants. The items always look absolutely wonderful afterwards. Diane, Adam, and other team members who work there are always so pleasant and helpful. They make coming to Pride Cleaners a joy to do so. Thank you for a job always well done.
I dropped off a very soiled prom dress with spray tan on it. They were able to remove all the stains and it looks perfect. The woman who works there was friendly as well.
