Recently had a number of men's suits cleaned. When I picked them up the employee insisted on taking them out to my vehicle. I could have handled it but certainly appreciated her help. Thanks!
Gold standard service at this location! From the manager on down to every single person I’ve worked with at this location has knocked the three P’s out of the park - Prompt, Professional & Pleasant. Even if this location is a bit out of the way for you as it is for me, it’s worth the extra commute. Kudos to this team!
I believe the lady that waiting on me really doesn’t care for her job because she was not a very nice person! I almost grabbed my quilt and just walked out the door and took it somewhere else, but I left it there and there was a very nice job on it. But she does need an attitude adjustment.
I am very pleased with my service at Pride Cleaners. I have been dropping my clothes off here for 2 years now. Very friendly and I love that they remember my name! I have sent other family and friends to them!
Been coming here since I moved to Lees Summit 4 years ago and it’s been a great experience every time. Always greeted with a smiling face and cheery attitude. And my clothes are always looking nice and ready when expected.
