I have been using Pride Cleaners since I moved to the area 9+ years ago. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The drive-through is extremely convenient and I appreciate the text messages I get when my items are ready for pick up. I highly recommend this business!
I had a great experience at Pride Cleaners, they were very kind and worked quickly to make sure my dry cleaning was done fast! I appreciated receiving the text updates as well. Some residue from the cleaner was left on one of my cashmere sweaters, which is why I am giving it 4 stars.
I’ve been a customer at the location at 291 and 3rd Street in Lees Summit for several years. I’ve always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and I receive my items with a quick turnaround. Good quality work.
I took an old letterman's jacket to be cleaned recently. It was at least 30 years old and although it had been kept in a bag, it hadn't been cleaned first and the dirt from those years was evident. Pride got almost every stain out! It looks like it did in high school. Thanks so much!
It is so easy to drop off and pick up my cleaning at Pride, in this case a heavy comforter. Your employer was kind enough to even carry it to my car. Thank you!!
