I asked them to press three pairs of Dockers and add starch. I was looking for a professional touch and finish but could have done a better job myself at home! A waste of $21 in my opinion. I am not impressed with them at all!
Only the best in the industry! Never an issue and every garment is brought back to life crisp and sharp! Impressive work! The employees are pleasant and usually remember your name.... quite impressive! Easy to park and surrounded by wonderful businesses that entice you to visit! Pricing is wonderful and never feel like we've been taken advantage of or the process are out of line! Fantastic asset to our community and not going anywhere else anytime soon!
Suit was cleaned properly and done when promised. When I took suit out of protective plastic bag 10 minutes before a wedding I was attending, the cuffs on jacket were completely out of shape. Not sure if I was supposed to ask and pay extra to have them pressed… next time I have a suit cleaned I’ll check it sooner.
Pride Cleaners are always so fast with their turn around! It amazes me how they can do it! And the clothes always smell great and look clean! No funky chemical smells or other unwanted smells that I’ve encountered at other cleaners over the years! They back up any work they do and take responsibility for any issues that occur! They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a dry cleaning company!
Went to take my clothes to the store in Liberty. Can't remember the lady's name but was very hospitable. Was letting me know what services they offered. Great customer service. Got a message saying my clothes were ready for pick up before the quoted time so that was great!
