We were so pleased with how our silk garments came out. My husbands shirt had a food stain on it and it looks perfect again. We took the garments in on Monday and got them back Tuesday afternoon. The employees are always so personable.
In all I had a good experience, I didn't realize some things needed to be sent out. Carla from headquarters kept me informed on where the item was and was very friendly as was the employees at my location. My rug looks great also!

I was met promptly when I arrived and my clothing was checked in. When I came to pick up my clothing, my order was found quickly and I was checked within minutes. Both times each employee was friendly and professional.
