I forgot I dropped off a pair of pants, after 30 days they sent me a text several times before I could make it in to pick them up. Just want to say thanks for not getting rid of them. Excellent service.
The staff was knowledgeable, courteous & helpful, particularly at checkout when I had two large comforters to put in my car. The items were cleaned & presented well in packaging allowing safe transport home. It was a good experience!
Very quick turn around. They were able to get a stain out of my late mother's wedding dress which was 55 years old.
The young lady who helped me was very nice and so helpful with pricing and any questions that I had.
Coupon was not honored even though specifically noted on receipt. Issue with coupon was not noted when dropping off item and a new promo was not applied when picking up. Typical poor service.
