Value club has become outragous! No longer worth it. Will be looking for alternative dry cleaning services.
A horrible experience! We recently moved back from Chicago and we needed a new dry cleaner. I wanted to give this location a shot. I brought in five pieces and paid about $45, which was more than I was expecting. Four of the pieces were all white. Every piece was new and had been worn once. Three of the white pieces had noticeable and consistent black spots on them so I brought them back to the location asking what my options were, hoping for a refund. The employee was no help. I have been using this same location since moving to OP about 5 years ago. Have been using a lot less since COVID keeping us out of the office and working from home (no need for pressed clothes). Picked up my cleaning today. Always very timely. The only reason for the 4 star and not the 5th star is because of past experiences. I have picked up clothes in the past only to find a small linear tear when I got to work. It was obvious it happened during the cleaning process (not sure which step). Horrible! when i tried to pick up my bomber jacket and expect to be cleaned after one week of dropping off, they didnt clean it and didnt call me to let me know that i need to sign a release form because the color might blend together.
