I forgot I dropped off a pair of pants, after 30 days they sent me a text several times before I could make it in to pick them up. Just want to say thanks for not getting rid of them. Excellent service.
The staff was knowledgeable, courteous & helpful, particularly at checkout when I had two large comforters to put in my car. The items were cleaned & presented well in packaging allowing safe transport home. It was a good experience!
Very quick turn around. They were able to get a stain out of my late mother's wedding dress which was 55 years old.

A horrible experience! We recently moved back from Chicago and we needed a new dry cleaner. I wanted to give this location a shot. I brought in five pieces and paid about $45, which was more than I was expecting. Four of the pieces were all white. Every piece was new and had been worn once. Three of the white pieces had noticeable and consistent black spots on them so I brought them back to the location asking what my options were, hoping for a refund. The employee was no help.
