I have a beautiful vintage robe that is 80% silk and 20% cashmere inherited from my mother. It had sweat and coffee stains. I needed a dry cleaner that knew how to handle luxury fabrics. Pride was recommended and the shop is close to me. Check in was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and they understood how precious this garment is to me. Within 24hrs my robe was ready for pickup. I was thrilled with the results. The robe almost looked new.

This Pride Cleaners location does a great job consistently for our LOTS of dry cleaning! My husband’s suits and items are large as he is a tall person, yet they come back perfect. They make it easy to do business with the monthly club and drive-through services. Thanks, team!

I have been using your services for a few years and within this year prices have gone up with no notice. The first time this happened I was not happy but ok with it due to the cost of life increase but this week I picked up three items and from paying approx $7 dollars it is now almost $12 I wish you guys would have let me know before during the drop off. I felt that you guys took advantage of a loyal client and acted very deceitful.

The customer experience and quality of service received has been wonderful. I was a customer when the 135th Street location was DCSC and am happy to see that Pride retained some of the former employees. I will recommend offering weekly discounts on certain garments for customers who do not opt in for the monthly discounted rates offered.

They do a fairly good job cleaning. Prices were better before Pride brought out the old owners. 4.5 for cleaning a mens shirt seems high to me. Hope to find a better solution.
