This used to be the best place in town, but no more. “For my convenience”, I now get to come in, bag, my own laundry, right on a screen any special care that I need, and hopefully get my order right. it used to be that next day service was routine – now it’s Extra. Then when you pick up you get to write on another screen and pick up your laundry. So let’s see – it’s more money for less service. I’m actively looking for someplace else.
I had a relative who needed to get two coats cleaned. One was leather but it had a significant amount of mold in it. The staff member at the cleaners fully explained to me why the leather coat couldn't be cleaned. Additionally, it wouldn't be good to charge $65 or more for this particular coat to be cleaned, and the mold would eventually return. I'm grateful for the explanation. One of the coats was cleaned and Priceless did an excellent job!
Easy and efficient to use, clothes come out great! They send you a text when it’s ready for pickup. It just seems as though the prices are exorbitant. But what are you gonna do? Just wash more and dry clean less I guess.
Clearly there is new ownership and they do not know how to clean. Everything is now computerized and impersonal. I used to bring my toughest stains to them and knew they could handle restoring the favorite clothing item back to its previous glory. Brought my son’s Lululemon ink stained pants and it looked like they didn’t even try to clean it when Ingot it back.
