I used to speak so well of this place and recommend to so many people because I truly believed it was quality store. However, that was before they RUINED my little sisters dress! It was brought in Tuesday and she tried it on Monday before bringing it in there was a small tear and it was dirty at the bottom but that was ALL nothing too crazy that could not be fixed. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought in my daughters dress to have cleaned before our families wedding that is this Saturday, when we got the dress back it was not only still dirty at the bottom but absolutely stained from some sort of chemical used. I was in shock as well as my daughter who’s been coming to this specific location for so many years. I found the Alterations lady really great and easy to work with. However, the cashier at Priceless Cleaners is not that way at all. Have yet to found her to be friendly. Today I was surprised by the higher charge when I picked up my items, and she produced a second ticket that was not given to me at the time I dropped them off. I never asked for a concession, just an explanation. She could not have been more rude, and actually blamed me for not getting the correct estimate at drop off. I got a comforter dry cleaned and they did a great job, it looks like new! Turnaround time was fast, communication was excellent and very clear, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Without a doubt, one of the best dry cleaners, I’ve ever used… I had use another dry cleaner for years I constantly discolored my clothing, shrunk it and destroyed it and didn’t do anything to remedy that said I moved to priceless and haven’t had one issue on quality or clothing damage!! 10 thumbs up!
