I brought in a jacket to be cleaned in late January and was told it would be done within a few days. I didn’t hear anything so I went in to see where my jacket was in early February. They told me they had to remove the buttons on the jacket before they cleaned it, and I would have it back soon- They would call me when it was done. Again, no word a week later.
