Above and beyond great service with a smile. I had a king size duvet cover (15 yrs old?) that the edge became separated during cleaning. They re-inforced the entire edge at no charge. 🤩 Thank YOU!

NEVER EVER EVER TRUST YOUR CLOTHING WITH THIS PLACE, let alone your name brand expensive dress clothes. My husband has had his dry cleaning picked up weekly with Pressed for a while now. Recently they picked up his dress slacks and shirts, they took them to clean, CHARGED US FOR EVERYTHING PICKED UP, and when we got home from work realized they dropped back off the SHIRTS ONLY, 3 pair of designer dress slacks are completely missing. We brought in a rug to get cleaned - the label said, 'Professional Cleaning Only'. They asked us to sign a waiver for any damages but assured us they'd confirm with the manager that they could clean it. We didn't hear from them. We went in for pick-up and sadly found they had tried to clean the rug and ruined it. We have made several attempts to talk to the manager to amicably resolve this however our calls and emails have not been returned. We would NOT recommend you take your cleaning here, terrible experience.

Thrilled! Brought in an expensive down comforter and it came back cleaner than when we bought it! Came back with ZERO odor which is a big deal! So happy with them, we are switching to them for all our dry cleaning.
