Press + Tailor is absolutely incredible! I came in with a couple of items needing repairs—my dog had chewed through the waistband of my pants (yes, really!) and the pocket on a pair of shorts had blown out. The pants were definitely a weird request, but they didn’t hesitate to take it on. I asked them to focus on function over fashion, and they totally delivered. I was absolutely thrilled to hear that the original owners had returned! They have always been amazing people who truly understand the value of customer service. Every visit feels personal, and they consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. I took my black pants to this place for the first time I love the price and they were very kind but when I picked up my pants today, all my pants were faded like if they pressed on it too hard now I need to buy new pants they were black pants….. Very disappointed. I Don’t recommend this place.
I was recommended to take some of my uniforms here for dry cleaning and pressed by one of my coworker. The front lady, was super nice and outgoing! I able to get all my uniforms ready the following day. I highly suggest if you’re looking to tailoring, dry cleaning and press this place is the right place to go!
New owners. Left slacks for pressing Tuesday was told they would be ready next day by 12:30pm. Got there at 3:30pm. It was closed. Hours posted are from 6am to 6pm. There was another customer there also for pickup. No message on door why it was closed. I had no problems with former owners. I hope I get my clothes back. Never going back!
