Press + Tailor is absolutely incredible! I came in with a couple of items needing repairs—my dog had chewed through the waistband of my pants (yes, really!) and the pocket on a pair of shorts had blown out. The pants were definitely a weird request, but they didn’t hesitate to take it on. I asked them to focus on function over fashion, and they totally delivered. I took my black pants to this place for the first time I love the price and they were very kind but when I picked up my pants today, all my pants were faded like if they pressed on it too hard now I need to buy new pants they were black pants….. Very disappointed. I Don’t recommend this place.

Every visit feels personal, and they consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. This business is now under new ownership, and I will not be returning. I had an experience that was nearly identical to Melanie Little's 1-star review nearby, if not worse. To begin with, I came here because I had an outstanding experience two years ago with the previous ownership group. When I first walked in, instead of greeting me, the manager—whom I presume to be the owner—was busy having a personal conversation.
