The staff in Kennebunk is always friendly and great. The machines however. More than half of them only accept quarters - and that’s annoying when they should be linked yeti laundry boss like the others. Everytime I go in there’s more and more like that and the out of order machines never seem to get fixed. It’s a small location and every machine matters
This place is outstanding- typically my clothes are ready ahead of time and done very well and per any instructions. The contact for when you drop iff and pick up is excellent and you always know where things are at. Love this place.
Kennebunk location has efficient,helpful and professional employees.The app for the washer/dryers is very convenient instead of using quarters. The employees are readily available to help if you have any problems with machines.
Always have a good experience. Most recently, gave them a designer vintage piece that seemed to have underarm staining on the lining. I took my chances when I bought it and sure enough -- Pratt Abbott made all the stains vanish. Couldn't be happier.
Pratt Abbott under committed and over delivered! They provided me an estimated time that my items would be ready and beat it by a week. The items were delicately cared for and packaged!
