Wonderful experience with Pratt Abbott, dropped off a winter coat with many stains and they did a wonderful job removing them and my coat looks brand new. Very quick service my coat was ready in just a few days. Thank you Pratt Abbott for your great service!!
Am a senior citizen so was concerned about using a digitized dry cleaner, but staff are there to show you the process, and now I love it!!! 24/7 service is so convenient and my comforter/clothes look great!
These folks get a gold star for having such an amazing and convenient service. They sewed up my mother’s pants and we were able to pick them up on a holiday with ease. We were so impressed with the system they have devised to make it incredibly accessible. The fee was also very reasonable.
I love the people who work here. They are always helpful and professional. I have dry cleaning and alterations done here. They always do a great job!
Always get great service at the Falmouth location. I had a problem with the pickup order machine. The staff was very helpful resolving the issues. Also, helped me carry my clothes out to my car!
