I have been taking my clothing to Pratt Abbott for close to ten years. They have been exemplary for customer service and their recent switch to automated drop off and retrieval of clothes is spot on convenient. The staff is friendly and caring. Keep up the good work.
Was my first time utilizing this company. Kind of a hassle learning on-the-spot. There was no person there to ask for help even though the “OPEN” sign was on. Entirely AI driven. Very fast & convenient once you figure out how to maneuver in it. My garment came out perfectly & price was reasonable. Worth a try.
First time I have had anything dry-cleaned in a long time. The automated system in Falmouth, Maine is great, easy to use, and convenient. But, needing any personal support, there is sketchy. The first time I went in a wanted a quote on getting a jacket cleaned. I was told $12.00 by an employee. I thought that was fair given I didn't want to invest a bunch into a jacket that I bought second-hand. When I went to pick up the jacket, the price was double what the woman quoted me. Wonderful experience with Pratt Abbott, dropped off a winter coat with many stains and they did a wonderful job removing them and my coat looks brand new. Very quick service my coat was ready in just a few days. Thank you Pratt Abbott for your great service!!
