I appreciate is that they have detergent and other laundry essentials available on-site, so it’s easy to grab what you need if you forget something. Most of the machines are in good working order, and I rarely have issues finding one available. However the machines are not big enough put in multiple beddings at once. That said, for the convenience of being right in town is nice.
I feel like it was a waste of time putting them in the cleaners because they came back the same way I put them in. They were too sweatsuits, black and white and a gold one. The black-and-white had a lint balls all over the sleeve and legs. nothing was taken off. I was unhappy next time I just wash them in the washing machine. I’ll probably get a better job done. if they couldn’t clean them, they should’ve just gave them back not charge me $24. I have four pieces came to $48 and change. Thank you for nothing.
My name is John Durrant and for some reason my girlfriend’s name comes up on my google. Anyway I continue to use Pratt Abbott for my dry cleaning needs however I think $24 for 1 pair of pants & 2 ties seems high. The staff definitely has become more friendlier over the past months.
Been coming here for over 10 years. I am 74 years old and today all the seats were taken. Your employee name Izzy, brought over his seat for me. When my washer wasn't starting he was right behind me before I had the chance to go tell him. He is always on the ball, helpful and courteous to everyone. He's smart and knows his stuff. Went in with my king size comforter needing it washed ASAP. They were able to get it in immediately and it was done within a few hours. Love the quick service and the comforter feels amazing.
