I feel like it was a waste of time putting them in the cleaners because they came back the same way I put them in. They were too sweatsuits, black and white and a gold one. The black-and-white had a lint balls all over the sleeve and legs. nothing was taken off. I was unhappy next time I just wash them in the washing machine. I’ll probably get a better job done. if they couldn’t clean them, they should’ve just gave them back not charge me $24. I have four pieces came to $48 and change. Thank you for nothing.
Brought an extra large down filled comforter in to be cleaned at the Saco location (dried on food residue) and the woman was very helpful and said it needed dry cleaning and couldn’t be washed. i left it and within a week it was done and it’s perfect! The current store associates are kind and professional - very helpful. Highly recommend!
Wendy who works at the Biddeford location is exceptionally helpful and friendly. She helped me by instructing me how to use the extra capacity wahers and dryers for my 6 quilts and comforters. The location was clean and orderly. My dry cleaning was processed quickly. Excellent service!
4 stars because my coats came out wonderful but picking them up was difficult. I came in and stood at counter for 10 minutes while employee was doing busy work in laundromat. He would not acknowledge me so I left. My husband came back later but the young man was closing the store. Came back a third time and was able to get them.
Katrina was most helpful! The staff & timeliness of my item being cleaned, pressed & ready a day before I was told to pick up, exceeded my expectations! Thank you, you've made a regular customer out of me!
