Platinum does a great job in their core business- dry cleaning and laundering clothing! Best in Naples. I wish they had some more convenient services such as a drop box and expanded hours. Hence the 4 and not 5 stars.

Platinums staff and service have always been great but during the holidays when I had a rush request they overdelivered, having the suit back the next day (despite holiday hours) quicker than promised.

$44 for 5 basic men’s dress shirts. I’ve gone there for years. They’ve always been expensive but they just keep upping their prices. When I asked why I was charged $16 for 1 of the shirts, I was given no explanation. $6 for another, $4.50 for a third? Again, I asked and no explanation. I’d recommend you confirm pricing so you know what you are going to get charged. Disappointing and I won’t be back.

I finally found a dry cleaner I can trust with my designer clothing & special delicate items! My things always come back to me in pristine condition and Platinum seems to have a knack for being able to remove spots without compromising the garment. I have had bad luck at other Naples cleaners where buttons were damaged or dark items bleached out through hot presses. Not so here.
