Excellent care of my clothes. If you care about your clothes, want them to last, have a stain you don’t think will come out, this is the best place. I’ve been bringing my clothes here more than 20 years. They are like new every time. They are well cared for, hung with respect for each piece and how it will be best. I’m amazed at how they’ve gotten stains out, and they’ve cleaned our clothing for all different occasions.
Was greeted warmly and offered a bottle of water . Was reassured that they were confident that the stain on my jacket would be removed safely. Was texted a note to say it was ready for pickup which was on time . My jacket looks like new again . Thank you for the great quality service. !!
Platinum does a very good job. Keeps customers advised on status and handles special requests. Of course that all comes with a cost. It all comes with a price as the service has a premium price.
BEWARE: UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! This place used to be the best in town but the new owners have clearly cut costs and are can’t control the quality of the product the way the previous owners could. They destroyed a 2400 dollar Zegna jacket that was a gift to me from a family member. After 2 weeks of calling their office and trying to get in touch with the owner (I was promised a prompt call and didn’t receive it after over a week), he finally agreed to provide me with the replacement value. Note: SCAM UP CHARGES !!!! I couldn't agree more with some of the other reviews regarding how the quality went down and they won't even reimburse the cost of dry cleaning. I spent $$$thousands there over the years and rarely if ever complained. Years ago I'd discovered they added a hidden surcharge any time they noticed a designer label. Obnoxious SCAM policy!!!!
