Friendly staff; courteous and professional. Clothes look great. I had a food stain on a blazer; when I collected my clothing the lady lifted the plastic to show me that it was clean. That’s exemplary attention to detail.
I wasn’t going to post anything, but they asked for me to, so here it is. I brought 6 shirts to be cleaned and pressed the Friday after New Year’s because I needed one for a funeral. They said it wouldn’t be ready until the following Friday. When I got there the following Saturday, they said they had 5 of the 6 and the last one should be ready on Monday. Honestly, Friday was a long time, but now Monday is just ridiculous.
I dropped off my son’s suit a little after 12. I should have brought it in sooner but didn’t get a chance. I needed a as soon as possible, no later than 2 days and expressed that to the front desk girl. I was shocked when I got a text the next day at 3 o’clock that the suit was ready! When I picked it up, it looked fabulous! I will definitely use this place again especially since it’s close to my house♥️
The girl behind the counter is a pleasure to deal with . Always pleasant upon entering . You can tell she is an intelligent lady A great asset for your company . Company did a good job as always with the dry cleaning
