Good job on the work and presentation! However, the prices are quite high, and they charge extra for premium labels. It's a bit much! They should charge per the article of clothing; don’t add more $$ just because it’s a brand name.

Friendly staff; courteous and professional. Clothes look great. I had a food stain on a blazer; when I collected my clothing the lady lifted the plastic to show me that it was clean. That’s exemplary attention to detail.

I have been using Platinum Dry Cleaning at Berkshire Plaza for a long time and have been very happy with the cleaning and service. I just recently had several items that needed alterations and the seamstress was pleasant, knew exactly what I wanted done and she did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Dropped off two men's shirts for pressing only. Was told they would be ready on Wednesday. When I went late Wednesday only one was there. They charged over $10.00 to press it, no starch. Second shirt not in until Thursday. Very, very disappointed.
