I dropped off my son’s suit a little after 12. I should have brought it in sooner but didn’t get a chance. I needed a as soon as possible, no later than 2 days and expressed that to the front desk girl. I was shocked when I got a text the next day at 3 o’clock that the suit was ready! When I picked it up, it looked fabulous! I will definitely use this place again especially since it’s close to my house♥️

Great family owned small business. Love supporting small businesses. This is a great one with wonderful services. Got some old suit pants stitched up and they’re all looking good as new. Thanks again

The birthday girl was warm, kind, and professional. She promised my drapes back in two weeks and they were ready in 5 days! The drapes look amazing. Good work for a fair price and friendly atmosphere.

Platinum is probably the best place for stain treatment, however one time I brought them a stained off-white shirt & it came back bleached, completely white. I don’t use them regularly anymore because of they cost a bit more than most competitors, & the lack of communication for item pick up.

A total rip off. Told me the price was $3.50 when I dropped off the shirt then charged me $12.50 when I picked up the shirt. They said it was because the colors would bleed and it required special care. The shirt was 100% cotton. I've had it washed and pressed for over 10 years at a variety of cleaners in Florida and Washington. Dishonest dealers.
