Had bad experience with several issues coming from warehouse, but always were corrected by your experienced & courteous representative at your Friendswood location named Elizabeth. She is always friendly and gets to the bottom of issue. We will continue to bring our clothes to pilgrims Note; there seems to be no one checking clothes when they leave warehouse to be certain they are done correctly! ☹️
