I had dropped off my clothes at Pilgrim Cleaners on Tuesday the14th And to pick on Thursday the 16th. When I returned to pick my clothes only part was their 7 shirts and 5 pair of shorts were not with my order. Pilgrim Cleaners was kind enough to call find out the problem and go and pick up the 5 pair of shorts and they delivered the 5 pair of shorts to me that same night....... WOW!!!! Great Customer Service above and Beyound. Thanks Again !!!

We get top notch service at the Pilgrims we use. The lady that works there goes above and beyond for myself and my husband. We always get the emails stating our clothes are ready for pick up and whenever we have encountered an issue (very rarely), she is on it immediately.
