I was not happy with my last several visits and I have now changed to the cleaners across the street and I'm having a much better experience. On my last several visits to your facility the people were not friendly in the fact that I use coupons but felt guilty doing so. Also I had asked for my clothing to be laundered with light starch but two times in a row they came back dry cleaned. Very disappointed. When I dropped the clothes off, I asked if it was possible for them to be ready the same day. The lady working told me that she could fulfill the request. Also, before leaving I asked how much it was going to be for the service. She told me that she was not sure because she had to enter everything into the system. I said, "well, is it going to be a dollar an item or $1.50? She said, probably $1.59. On my way home, I stopped by to pick up the clothes and only half were ready for pick up. The service was great. When my husband went to put on his clothes. The shirt and the pants shrank and he was unable to wear them to our event. We had to buy new clothes. I will never use this cleaners again. He didn't grow in 24 hours. It's ridiculous.
I am NOT sure you would like my feedback at this time. Pilgrim cleaners lost a pair of my wife's shorts approximately 2 weeks ago. At week 1 a note was left for the manager. At week 2 another note was left for the manager to call my wife. Still no response. I am off August 5th (her husband) to get a resolution to this issue that keeps repeating itself. Friendly service. Wrong price. Didn't pick up order.
I think your prices are to high
The cost was outrageous! $125 for 28 items? No altering, nothing unusual. And didn't give me the 25% off with a coupon I had! To make matters worse, one of my shirts came back with the same spot on the zipper, that it had when I dropped it off. Interesting...did my clothes even get cleaned and the customer service is just horrible!
You burnt my shirt
I asked for heavy starch because I weld when I got them back the had random lines threw them the pockets where folded in and ironed like that and I had no choice but to wear them to my lunch in on Saturday very disappointed
