Pilgrim needs to put some attention into their facilities. The building in Friendswood is looking bad. The sign looks bad, the lights are continuously flickering, and the whole place just looks poorly maintained. The last 3 times that I picked up an order, the credit card reader wasn't working and the clerk had to type in the card number manually. Not only is there no chip reader, but the magnetic strip reader doesn't work. You should also consider removing the non-business related postings that are taped to the store w... read more

Overpriced, two-day wait for pick-up. Too many other competitors that or lower priced and pick-up available the following day. Won't be back.

Well, I took 3 pair of levis jeans in and said that I wanted heavy starch on my jeans. Then I asked for the price. I was told $5. When I went to pick them up, I noticed that my jeans were not heavily starched. I commented to the cashier, and she told me that it would be $8 for the heavy starch. In my opinion $5 is already a high price to pay for a pair of jeans to get starched. And to top it off, the starch in my jeans was very light. I will not be using this establishment again. I am very dissatisfied with this place.

I picked up my bundle of dry cleaning only to find out that my sons suit pants for the wedding he was in that day got left at the Fuqua location. So that tells me that they don't even verify the order once it arrive back at the South Shore location.

I went in and dropped my cleaning off, and showed my coupon. I picked up my cleaning, and was over charged. I also had no receipt on my cleaning. I checked with other cleaners, and your prices are a lot higher. I'm not sure why, but I'm wondering how often I've been over charged because I've never checked. I don't think I'll be returning.

I have been doing business with the store in Friendswood for several years and the last couple of months the service as declined to the point I am looking elsewhere for a cleaners. The last incident was my wife had a dress cleaned and when the cleaners attached the bar code it left a 1X3 inch mark on the outside of the dress. She took it back, they kept the dress for about 10 days and still looks the same if not worse. All the time we were asking the local store offered no info except telling us they would call and check ... read more

The quality of the actual dry cleaning is the best around, however not perfect. The main problem I have is the staff at the Friendswood location. Numerous times I try to drop off on the way to work and it's never open on time. The latest I can drop off is 7:15, and he is either not there or still in his car. Unfortunately I don't have time to wait. This may seem petty, but then I can't drop of for a day or 2 because of my schedule. Last week I tried dropping off 3 days in a row! I have voiced this to the employee... read more

The two star rating was given because the items were dry cleaned appropriately but took 3 weeks to complete. I had 4 drapery panels and two pillow shams that I delivered 2 weeks prior to Christmas. I wanted to get them cleaned prior to guests arriving for the holiday. I did not get them until after my guests departed. I was told it would be about a week to do. I was also told that others (clothing) was given priority. I really think it should be first in, first out.

Not too good this time, in fact, we're taking the tux shirt back because the pleats are pressed crooked. And, the lady that waited on us was rude. We have been going there for many many years, but now are looking to change. Since Rosa left your customer service has gone!
