Way to damn expensive. Can go 1 block down the road for half as much and better quality
Yet another horrific experience at Pilgrim Cleaners on 61st with 2 female employees (one named Jessica). I stopped by Pilgrim's on Aug. 21st to pick up my two shirts and two lab coats that were supposed to be altered. Female employee (not Jessica) gave me my clothes without checking them. Brought in a suit jacket and a pair of dress slacks for alteration. I had mentioned to the lady at the counter that I would be paying for everything in advance and that I wanted to make sure the slacks were pressed after they were hemmed. The lady at the counter was not the normal lady that I see and she told me that was no extra charge since they always press after hemming. Entirely too expensive!
Never go there i gave them 3 dresses for cleaning and they gave me them dirty then dirtiest one cost $300 im really disappointed with this cleaning im not recommending for anyone to go there.
I requested my dress pants to be hung by the waist and the tag was on the pants to indicate the special request.
Poor Customer service, incorrectly charged and my suit was faded as a result of dry cleaning. I would like to speak to the Regional Manager or Corporate because the Stiore Manager was rude and unprofessional.
The Hispanic lady at the counter was very rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a dry cleaners! When I came to pick up my clothing I experienced a complete turn around with the African American, I believe, lady. Sorry I did not happen to catch their names. Anyways, I will probably be shopping somewhere else.
I brought in a chair cover that had a blood stain. I paid for service. We take it off the hanger and notice the stain is still there. No one mentioned that it could not be removed.....A simple courteous warning would have been nice.
