Tablecloths dropped off before Thanksgiving. Promised back on 11/28. Went to get them on 12/01. They were not there. Needed them for an event o, 12/03. Manager did handle situation and tablecloths picked up on 12/02. Discount was also given, which was appreciated. This should have not happened in the first place. Manager was not feeling well and had to deal with this from home. Unfair to her. Young lady on Saturday was not understanding the importance of all this and had a lackadaisical attitude about it all. I brought in a dress with a chain that threaded through the top and was used to secure the dress. The employee at the time I brought it in had me sign a disclaimer re: the chain as there might be a problem. I should have seen that as a red flag because when I picked the dress up (a day later than promised) the chain had been destroyed. The employee at that time stated I could send it back to see if they might be able to fix it. I had learned my lesson and left. I will not be back.
Houston completely failed Galveston. I brought my shirts in on a Tuesday. I should have been able to pick them up Thursday evening, but was told they would not be ready until Friday. The truck did show up before closing time on Friday. When I went to pick up my order on Saturday, I only received a part of my order. This is not a Galveston store issue. This poor service falls directly on Houston.
Lost one if my shirts and 63 dollars after 20% for 14 items is high. I was also given 6 tickets for my total order at pick up.
Order was not ready at promised time, when I went back two of the items were missing. Have gone back twice and items still have not shown up. I am missing the lining and belt of an expensive coat.
The shirts are not pressed well and someone put a pin through the wide end of my tie.
Took a wedding dress here after Harvey. They charged me $235. Called for weeks for status. No calls ever returned. Nearly 2 months later they finally admitted they had lost the dress. They keep telling me the owner will call me. No phone call no dress. Two months out a dress and $235. One how do you lose someone's wedding dress to how do you make no apologies or redemption for that.
First time and last..dropped off 5 pieces, came back for pick up, walked 20ft to my vehicle and left my dry cleaning in my vehicle overnight. Went outside the next day and brought it in and realized I only received 4 pieces (missing my pants). Service took a day longer than my usual dry cleaners and cost twice as much. Clothes came out good, but I will not be back.
