No prices published, I asked the gentlemen who took my clothes how much it would be and he told me there was no way for him to know, when I arrived to pick up my clothes it came to $97.00 which is insane, my normal cleaners is around 45 for the same service and amount of clothes. Never again.
The Dry Clean was good and Basic creases were good. But, I had requested "Military Style" creases on the shirts. We had a short discussion regarding this service request, I was told it would be done with excellence. Serving 20+ years in the Marine Corps I do expect excellence, especially when it is understood at the time of request. Maybe better results next time, if there is one.
I got the bag back and along side the young woman in the store on Friday, we looked at the finished product. Their were still tears that had not been finished. The zipper had not been put on. Now I've paid for this thing and still not gotten it back. I heard good things and have been very dissatisfied unfortunately. I just wanna pick up my thing when it comes in and hope that it's done completely at this point.

Prices were high and the company does not carry change for $100. Poor business practices and the manager has a sour attitude. The poor girl who helped me tried to be as sweet as can be, but was limited due to poor management. We will not be back.
Military member. Had white stains covering a majority of my uniform( I’m assuming from the starch). Also didn’t press collar the way I instructed.
I was told when I picked up my jacket that the spots left all over it was mold from Harvey and would not come out. I put leather cleaner on some of the spots and they came right out, they were just dirt from the flood. The 875.00 jacket was wrinkled ,lining torn up and looked like it had been used for second base , It was nothing like that when I brought it in.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I used them only due to location and put up with the poor quality cleaning until the latest incident. I dropped off 14 shirts, received a receipt for 14 shirts, had only 13 returned! Their explanation is that everybody miscounted because there is no way they could have misplaced one of my shirts. The counter person was extremely rude and insulting so I asked to speak with the manager. the delivery and pickup service is a joke. The driver is unreliable, makes up all kinds of excuses and lies. Do not use the delivery service. The cleaning part is good - delivery sucks!
