You lost 3 things of mine and all high end items! I think you are thieves! Horrible cleaners
Paid nearly $70 for dry cleaning and they still lost a suit jacket. manager claims that they have processes in place and they could not have lost it that it was not dropped off. I'm the one who personally dropped off all the suits and dry cleaning so I know exactly how many there were and what was in there. I sent my mom to pick up the dry cleaning and they gave her nine pieces instead of 10. Stay away and don't take anything expensive if you want it cleaned.
Shirt promised per dry cleaner slip at 6:00 pm Tuesday. I arrived 6:35 Tuesday to hear my item did not make it on the truck.
Always do it right & get stains out too.
When coming to the store I asked for a price chart. No price chart available. The lady told me that each piece of dry cleaning will be $2.80 or so. Well, for 19 pieces I was billed 124. When I asked why, I was informed well you had white blouses that is automatically $1 extra to keep it white and if there were materials such as silk or wool that was extra as well. Terrible....very rude customer service representative at the Stewart Road location in Galveston
Not happy with cleaners I have been using for about 20 years. My main problem with my shirts (white mostly)they just did not come back right and area around the neck just not cleaned. Try your company and am very satisfied with your quality of work.
I was quoted several dollars under what I was charged when I dropped it off. They said 10-11. I was charged 15. When I called in advance.
The prices are too high. It was my first visit, and I see now why they wouldn’t let me pay at drop off....because they would have to tell me the total, and I would have said no. I won’t be back.
