My husband requested no creases in his slacks. He picked them up and didn’t notice till he got home that all his slacks he dropped off had creases. We are very upset with this.
My pants are still wrinkled very disappointed
I was clear that I needed the clothes for the next day because I was leaving on a business trip and needed the clothes for the trip. I was charged for all the pieces, but only two of seven pieces were left in the locker. I called the next day and they said they just ‘miss it’ and they would put the remaining pieces in the locker ‘right now’. Needless to say, I was not able to use the clothes for the trip and had to revert to plan B.
I asked for my clothes and I got them and paid for them and left.
The finishing of garments has degenerated. I had to steam seams in my jacket I just had cleaned because they had not been properly pressed and were puckered a steaming from a household iron solved the problem which should not have been mine. I also don’t think I should have to inspect garments when I pick them up to see if there is a problem. That jacket should not have left your plant.
Shoes resolved in timeframe promised. Work appears to be quality repairs.
I used Pilgrims regularly in the past. I was always satisfied. The quality was good and the price competitive. My work requirements changed changing my cleaning needs. I had accumulated a large order that I picked up this last time. The charges for normal laundry and dry cleaning of 20 items was $92. That price is close to twice my expectations. I won’t be back as long as these prices prevail!
If i could give this place negative stars i would! They lost a second Lilly Pulitzer Dress this week of mine. I should say supposedly lost bc even the lady Esther said under her breathe it could have been stolen. Well after she tried to give me a credit of $75 i said no way i want a check. Well my check was supposed to be there today. My husband went by and Esther had a nasty attitude about it not being in yet as if it's our fault this happened. I did spread the word about the situation and she got real mad about it. I ... read more
