I am trying out cleaners nearby to my new home. Pilgrim was the first. I brought in 4 shirts for laundering and medium starch. I was quoted a price of $2.25 per shirt (already pricy in the this market), but when I picked up the items, my bill came to $10.77, more than could be explained by tax. When I got the shirts home to hang in the closet, I noticed that the Paul Frederick white dress shirt has some horizontal black marks in the lower back that I don't believe were there prior to laundering/pressing. The staff was very friendly. They told me my items would be ready by Friday at 6pm. I called the morning of that Friday and they told me they had a truck coming at noon and they would call me if the items arrived. They did just that so I was able to pick them up earlier than expected.
