I use Pilgrim Cleaners in Friendswood,TX. The associate Janie is always professional, has a smile on her face . Definitely an asset to your company. My clothes are back on time, and I appreciate the emails. I must say I only have had one issue; pants were dry cleaned instead of heavy starch. It was gladly corrected.

Unfortunately I did not get the gracious lady's name who waited on me, but she was most helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the results. All of the spots were removed and the dress looks great!
Did not like the fact that my garments were sent out to another facility to be cleaned. Then when I picked them up, the count of pieces was off & I was told it was because I had white pants that needed to be cleaned. What difference does that make? I've never heard of such thing ever! The lady behind the desk was pleasant but the Manager, all she was doing was being on the computer! She then asked me if I needed help taking my things out to my car.
