So nice to walk into a business for the first time and met with such a positive & courteous representative and fantastic service!
Pilgrims Cleaners is at a very convenient location. I would bring my hubb's work attire to cleaned, our bedding and even a backpack to be stitched up. The service was great too. But sadly, we will NOT be back. I brought my daughter's school cheer uniform (top, sleeves, skirt and jacket)to be cleaned two weeks BEFORE she needed it for UCA Cheer Camp. They They LOST her uniform skirt. They have apologized and offered to pay for it...after I order a new skirt, purchase it myself, then file a report. I understand that we all ma... read more
We really liked it and we did choose you guys as our cleaner.
I was extremely pleased with my cleaning and the service I received from Ms. Ohio - however did I receive the 20% off since this was my first visit. My friend referred me and she mentioned that she always has to remind them of her 20% UTMB discount. Looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience so I may return.
The customer service at this location is the best! She remembers my name and how I like my laundry. I drive 20 minutes from my home since I've moved just for Ms. Esther. Thank you for appreciating the customer!
