Esther is always so friendly whenever we need anything. Just the other day right before closing when she must have been so tired, she was still so chipper and just really sweet. Who does that, nowadays?? I cannot say enough good stuff about her. She never acts like you are just a number and that is a quality, that I most admire in her. I had a credit card issue (my fault) and she took care of it very smoothly so that the service was not interrupted. Laundry and dry cleaning come back very promptly. Attention to detail for requests or areas of concern (ie, a spot or stain) are always handled properly and efficiently.

I was very disappointed that you lost Janie as manager of the Friendswood store. That was a real loss for both Pilgrim and your customers. It's a shame that Pilgrim can't retain a good manager like Janie. As a long term Pilgrim customer, I find your coupon program very annoying. I would much rather have you charge me a reasonable price all the time than send out coupons once in a while. As a busy person that values my time, I don't like to spend time dealing with coupons.
