Jasmine is great. She knows my name, she is cordial and on the rare occasion when there has been a problem with a clothing item, she has been very service oriented in resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
You repaired my pants and my purse, and did a great job. The price was exactly as quoted, and the service was faster than anticipated. I am very pleased.
Pilgrim has definitely taken a step backwards in my opinion, primarily because of loss of a very good Manager. I view the loss of Janie as Manager in the Friendswood store as a significant negative. Janie knew all of her customers and took very good care of her customers. She was personable and always kept the store looking good. When I go to the store today, it isn't well maintained and there is trash all around the store.
