Service is quick and reliable. One complaint - whenever I drop off and show them the coupons, the discounts are not applied when I come back to pick up my order and they always have to spend time adjusting it. I don't know if there is a way for you to adjust this in your system so it does it automatically for those of us who are weekly customers.

They service it way beyond what I expected. It was like being treated like a king. The manager Ester, was very helpfull. This was my first time at this particular dry cleaners. I was un- eased you could say, I never had the luxury of dropping off my close and picking them up after hours in a secured locker. Fast friendly service and my clothes looked great.
Service is always great, but a little upset, my son brings 26 items in...put on my acct. Not sure if you can see how long I've been a customer, but just a little fyi about coupons could have saved him a lot of money. Not a big deal to bring back the next day if he would have been told.
