Lady at the counter was super nice and a pleasure. However the cleaning and press service was lacking. Shirt sleeves were not pinned together causing them to fold over and crease. The sports jacket I had steamed came back with more wrinkles than when I dropped it off. Price even with the first visit 20% discount was a good deal higher than my previous dry cleaner.
I called around to many cleaners trying to find a cleaner to clean my childhood teddy bear, Winnie the Pooh. My house flooded with 3 feet of water during Hurricane Harvey. I thought he couldn't be saved and put him in the trash...but I couldn't bear throwing him away. I called Elizabeth and she told me she would try. OMG!!!!!! I am thrilled to pieces! Great customer service and clothes looked very nice. However was kinda miffed that I was not told that anything white (my pants) would be charged as two items. The lady at the counter explained to me that you run the white items thru twice to insure they are really white. Just was kind of surprised when I went to pay for two items and was charged for three. Everything else was great!
