I took my wedding dress to Pilgrim Cleaners in a Friendswood in early May after I got married. I got it back mid June and it was perfect! Thank you so much for taking good care of my dress!

The lady working the front desk is very pleasant and well mannered.
Initial meeting with the lady that I believe was the manager - was very good, personable and informative. When I picked up my two sportcoats they were in excellent condition and well-packaged to insure they'd look good coming off the hanger! The quality and care was definitely there! I am a new customer and will use Pilgrim's in Friendswood, Texas going forward!
Too high for me. 15 pieces. 87 dollars for them to just press my items. Most were just shirts. Thank you but no thank you! $$$
They lost my shoes. I Will never take my shoes to get repaired there again.
Customer service was great until the employee stood up and his pants fell down so far I could see about 8 inches if his underwear. He had been sitting on a stool and when he got up to get my receipt from the printer he grabbed for his pants and pulled them up. This was not an “accident”. It was the style he was displaying. It was a short trip to the printer but as he let go of his pants each time they would fall back down, exposing his underwear. Not appropriate dress for a work environment
