I recently dropped off 4 items for dry cleaning, 3 dresses, 1 pair of youth dress pants. When I dropped the items off, I wasn't advised if rates so I was utterly shocked when upon pick up, I was told my bill was $120, yes, you heard me, $120!!! The clerk suggested i return Monday to speak with the manager. So, I left, still in complete and utter disbelief and returned Monday. Not happy with Perth's at all. I phoned a location in Winnipeg and was told all comforters were on sale 25% off. No other information was offered over the phone. I brought 3 down comforters into a different location and was told yes they are on sale. Upon pick up I was flabbergasted by the price and lack of cleaning. Always get great service and solid results. (99% of what I have them do is launder and press my dress shirts. Sure, buttons sometimes break, and the process is tough on most shirts, but I’ve never had any big issues.)

The front desk person, the seasoned one we’ll say, is so incredibly rude and after 3 times now I’m will drive the extra distance to another Perth’s. Not to mention $100 for 2 items, 😑.

Brought my winter coat in to be cleaned last spring and didn't check it until this season. Turned out to be ruined and Perth's did nothing to help resolve the situation because of their rule that all issues must be brought up in 7 days. Though I understand rules are in place for a reason Perth's didn't deny it was their doing to ruin the articles of clothing but rather used the policy to not resolve the situation. Lesson learned and won't be returning for use of their services.
