5 star service and attention to detail. Dropped off a suit and gown after a wedding. Both had the after effects of a good time with accidental food spillage and grime from a hot day and a fun dance floor. They came back spotless , pressed perfectly with a dress form inside the gown to preserve its shape and even provided an envelope with the usb of speeches inadvertently left in a pocket. 5 star service and attention to detail.
Save your money and go elsewhere. My silk skirt came back with safety pin holes and visible marks, and the garment I just picked up is still dirty even after cleaning. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and care. I want my skirt replaced. A complete waste of money and time to bring it here.
Hi I have always received an excellent service from Perth on St. Mary's. Friendly staff. I would only recommend that they close at 6 pm on Saturdays instead of 430 pm. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Worst service , worst experience so far.. I dropped off my coats on Nov 3rd, 2023. And i have got the recepit to get it back on Nov 13,2023 ( Monday) ,when i came in the lady said we dont have ur coats with us right now..we will give you a call when they here.. Today is DEC 4, 2023... I waited alomst a month and nobody called me if my coats are there... Cleaning of Cushions took a while to complete (3-4 weeks) and the cost was very expensive just for cushions being dry cleaned (4 small pieces). However, the front desk person was very kind and explained the reasons.
