The lady who served me was the same person when I dropped off and picked up my item. She was very friendly, and cautioned me they may not be able to clean my item very well due to the colour of the material and extent of the stain - that heads-up was greatly appreciated so I didn't get my hopes up too high. In the end, they got the item clean - no trace of any of the stains at all. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the results.

Always friendly, always on time, and often finding and returning item from my pocket. The goods are always cleaned and pressed the way I like them and there is nothing negative to say here.

Brought a large heavy blanket in to get washed. It goes on our bed and the dog had gotten sick on it (vomit). Picked it up and brought it home and while we didn't see the vomit, it was obvious that the whole blanket had not been cleaned. Smelled very strong of dog still and not at all of anything remotely cleaned. Looks like they gave it a light brush where the vomit was and didn't wash it at all. $80.00 wasted. Would never go back for a single thing in the future.

Perth's lost my suit pants. Update: They had given them to another customer. Customer brought then back (Luckily for me and Perth's), but Perth's didn't even put them in a fresh bag (they were screwed up). They said they'd clean them complimentary again, but when I went to pick them up they tried to charge me. Everyone says "I'll leave a note", but the person you speak to always says "there's no note". Mistakes happen, ladies working are pleasant but rhe business could definitely be more organized.
