I received a beautiful long wool cream colored coat from my daughter last Christmas. Before the end of winter I took it into a cleaners to be dry cleaned and paid over $80 for the cleaning. I never expected to pay that much. This year I thought I would find someplace else as I thought that was way too expensive. The lady who served me was the same person when I dropped off and picked up my item. She was very friendly, and cautioned me they may not be able to clean my item very well due to the colour of the material and extent of the stain - that heads-up was greatly appreciated so I didn't get my hopes up too high. In the end, they got the item clean - no trace of any of the stains at all. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the results.

The customer service individual was very nice and friendly. I have not had anything dry cleaned in a long time and she acknowledged my sticker shock at the cost. She was understanding.

Always friendly, always on time, and often finding and returning item from my pocket. The goods are always cleaned and pressed the way I like them and there is nothing negative to say here.
