The last two times I have dropped off a number of dress shirts at this location at least one shirt has come back with the collar button snapped into two pieces. The cleaning is fine, but the damage (as minimal as it is) is quite the inconvenience.
Brought in cloth to dry clean, which they did. I also asked them to tighten some loose button, which they didn’t. They didn’t charge me for it. They wanted to send it back to tighten the buttons but I’m not going to wait 4 days to get it back. They also wrecked 2 of my neck collar on my dress shirts . I would advise trying a different dry cleaner.
I use this location regularly, good times for ppl on a 9-5 schedule, quick 3day typically, drive through service, professional staff.. best one I’ve found in the city
I took a pair of jeans for cleaning. The waist was shrunk over two inches! This happened before on another pair that I did not try on until past the claim period. And had to pay for a repair to put a patch on them. Took them back this time within a day to see if they can expand the waist! Also, if a shirt has any other material besides cotton or poly, they will dry clean it and charge accordingly. But really was not necessary!
Perths did a super job of cleaning and reshaping a blue fitted zip front 100% wool sweater that I had washed and almost ruined. Thanks so much Perths!
