I brought some clothes here to be dry cleaned before a wedding last June. They said they would be ready by Thursday and everything was other than the shirt I needed for the wedding. They said they would try and get it to me and call but never did. I forgot about it as I was annoyed and they held the shirt for months without calling me. I finally went back to get it and after telling three people the situation no one seemed to really care. CUSTOMER BE WARE!! IF THEY LOSE YOUR CLOTHING THEY WILL NOT COVER THE COST TO REPLACE THE MISSING CLOTHING I dropped off my suit for dry cleaning. When I picked up my suit I had the correct jacket and tie but someone else's pants. I returned the pants that were not mine to Perths. They then spent a month searching for my missing pants. They were not able to find them. Instead of offering to cover the cost to replace my missing pants like a respectable business. They told me to bad not our problem go away.
Tanya is the best. She is customer focused concerned about the client and very friendly I was a dollar cleaner customer and followed her to the Perth’s location in Southdaie. You are lucky to have her as an employee
My first time at this place so net well organized good customer service! They are a bit pricey other than that excellent service.
