Have never used dry cleaning before. Took my Grandma’s blazer in she gifed me. Had a few small stains. They told me they would have it ready in 3 days. Went to pick it up and they noticed a HUGE stain on the breast of the blazer that was never there before. No apologies, just well we will send it back and if its not fixable you will be compensated. Waited another 4 days to get it back. Again no apology, just charged me the 22$ and sent me on my way. Will not ever go there again or recommend.
The service was exceptional! I had left something valuable in my pocket without realizing it. A wonderful employee called me to let me know. Such a kind gesture! Thank you for your honesty.
ZERO! Destroyed $4000 worth of curtain panels and refuse to compensate. Avoid this business.
I brought some clothes here to be dry cleaned before a wedding last June. They said they would be ready by Thursday and everything was other than the shirt I needed for the wedding. They said they would try and get it to me and call but never did. I forgot about it as I was annoyed and they held the shirt for months without calling me. CUSTOMER BE WARE!! IF THEY LOSE YOUR CLOTHING THEY WILL NOT COVER THE COST TO REPLACE THE MISSING CLOTHING I dropped off my suit for dry cleaning. When I picked up my suit I had the correct jacket and tie but someone else's pants. I returned the pants that were not mine to Perths. They then spent a month searching for my missing pants. They were not able to find them. Instead of offering to cover the cost to replace my missing pants like a respectable business. They told me to bad not our problem go away.
