Had a very bad experience with them, they ruined mine dress and never did any reimbursement. When I called them they are like there is nothing we can do. They used some harsh chemicals that has taken colour off from my dress and fabric became so rough. I will suggest don't visit them. They don't even help their customers they took almost a month just to decide that they can't do anything.
Do not bring fine linens and clothing of quality to this location. They have ruined my shirt and deployed a poor excuse to hope to indemnify themselves. We even asked if they could provide partial reimbursement for ruining this expensive shirt, which they wouldn't do. Stay away from this place should you wish to have clothes dry-cleaned and returned without new stains. They do not check pockets before dry-cleaning and will delegate you to a poor supervisor

I had been going to this location for years until one day I brought in my Canada Goose Jacket with a fur trim hood. I was dealing with a girl at the front who I later discovered was quite new. I asked her if they would be able to clean the fur and she stated that they would follow the instructions on the jacket. Really really disappointed not come anymore they didn’t know how to care their customer! It comes on communication 👎🏻.i bring my parka with them to dry clean and i wait 7 business working days before i pick it up then when i came with them they said my park is not yet done then i wait another 1 day then i called them they said they didn’t do anything to my parka jacket because the hood is fixed and not removable they didn’t even inform me early or within that 7days I didn’t receive any calls to them so I’m aware,good thing... read more
