Great service! I was a bit late bringing my cleaning in for an out of town wedding and my clothes were scheduled to be done on the day I had to leave town. I was nervous about them arriving on time for me to leave as scheduled. The service agent called me the minute the suit arrived at their location. I picked it up right away and was on my way! They went above and beyond - thank you!
First time customer of Perth's dry cleaned my zara coat and 2 moose knuckles. They informed me that there is a risk of scratches on the emblem and the zipper before proceeding, specifically working with Moose Knuckle jackets.. I took the risk and voila! All good and it was done on time as they said they would. Happy with the service here! Thank you
Had a very bad experience with them, they ruined mine dress and never did any reimbursement. When I called them they are like there is nothing we can do. They used some harsh chemicals that has taken colour off from my dress and fabric became so rough. I will suggest don't visit them. They don't even help their customers they took almost a month just to decide that they can't do anything.
Great service. A Little lengthy to get a duvet cleaned, but the staff weee very nice.
I went there for the first time and it was great experience with them, they did a great job.
