My coat was cleaned very well & the buttons were sewn on well. Only problem I have is that the prices are too expensive. $67 for a coat to be cleaned & repaired?! That's overcharging & the charges just to have buttons, which I provided, sewn on are also too much. It was a simple cleaning & repair job. Your prices need to be more reasonable. I will be looking for a different dry cleaner next time.

I went to pick up my clothes on Wednesday and the store was closed assume because of the snow although everything else was 0pen Went back on Saturday and although the sign said open after I searched for and finally found a place to park when I got to the store it once again locked. Pretty frustrating.

Great service! Winter parka done in less than 7 days. I couldn't ask for a better dry cleaner.

Staff is very friendly, although i didnt get her name!! Thank you! Only been here a couple of times, but will be more often because of the friendly customer service.

I brought a silk blouse there and noticed afterwards all the buttons were chipped. I wasn’t sure it was the dry cleaner but brought two more blouses there and the same thing happened: most buttons chipped on one blouse and half the buttons chipped on the other. They also poked safety pins through the silk instead of the tag/label, leaving holes in the fabric. I’ve been coming to Perths for years but will be looking for an alternative service after this damage.
