I never have to wait and trust my clothes are in good hands
Awful. I would NEVER go back there. It was my first time your name said the "PERFECT CLEANERS." Not so perfect after all and does not live up to the name. Brought my clothes Saturday I was supposed to pick up on Tuesday but ended up picking it up Wednesday night the alteration for the cream top was not done at all it even has a safety pin to do the job, very DISGUSTING and what a way to make a first impression for a first time customer. several pieces have been missing in each delivery. The pieces have been delivered the next day, but if we didn't keep track I don't know if you would know they were missing.
My husband dropped off a pair of my slax to be dry cleaned on Tuesday and supposedly delivered back to me Friday as requested and THEY NEVER CAME BACK. Additionally, my charges on my AmEx card NEVER match the charges on my returned garments. They are always for MORE MONEY. This month I will be saving all my receipts and bringing them in for an accounting of how and why you are charging more than the tickets say.
After not using Perfect for a long time, I decided to try it for shortening a pair of pants. I brought them in on a Wednesday morning and was told they would be ready on Monday. When I returned to pick them up on Monday late afternoon, I was told they would be ready by ten the following morning. The man who was looking for the pants on Monday took a very long time and then discovered they hadn't been started. Not the way to gain customers. Sorry.
