I always have a positive and honest experience when I come to Southgate to drop off and pick up my clothing. I am not sure if he is the manager or not. But he is a wonderful young man who knows his clientele and greets them accordingly. He keeps customers coming back. He is very respectful and kind. Don’t let him get away
