I did not catch the young gal’s name but her curbside manner w were excellent. I was at the Main Street location in my police squad car so I feel she didn’t quite knownifninwas a customer or on duty. Lol I gave her my name and she brought out my order with the same smile and professionalism as anyone behind the counter. I gave her a tip because you are all essential during this time. The team at Peerless Downtown is one of the nicest and friendliest people in town. They remember my husband and myself (although we are not as frequent customers as before as my husband has retired) and make our visit enjoyable. Quality is great and this past week, they delivered our laundry so we did not have to venture out during the virus outbreak. Quality and service are simply top notch! Finally - a big "hey" to our friends at Peerless on Main Street

First, thanks to your employees for continuing to work during the Coronavirus pandemic. When I dropped off my items at the drive-through, I showed my phone where I had an email for a valid 25%-off coupon. I asked if she needed to scan the bar code and was told no, she only needed to see it. When picking up the order, the discount was not applied. However, when I told the attendant about the coupon, she called management and the discount was applied.

Shirts were back 2 days earlier than expected pick up date. Fixed a button that had come off. I live in a city where the Peerless store has been closed because of COVID 19, so I had to drive to Fort Wayne and I understand that. Overall everything was good.
