I stay at a hotel right on south I69 in Fort Wayne, and have used the coventry location several times. This time when I arrived, the attendant was outside smoking. She watched me walk in, but stayed outside and smoke for another five minutes. When she finally came back in all she said was, "name" in a very short, irritated way. Horrible I will never use you. I asked if you could clean my item and your company keep mybitem for 2 weeks . No calls, no notification - i went to pick up my item to fond it on the floor and nothing was done. Nothing not cleaned.

I am now very worried about what pricing i will be told when you have already cleaned my items after my last visit. I did receive a replay after my last visit and I left a message. It wasn't a very acceptable answer. Seemed like a blowoff form letter. I really thought I would have been taken better care of with my situation.

Reported an issue to Beth and received horrible customer service. The original issue was due to my Lucky Brand Comforter being returned flat, overly starched, inside filling on corners where seems we’re re restitched hard as if inside fabric was burnt. On another side of the comforter fabric is protruding through the stitching. Comforter was not given to Peerless Cleaners this way. I have been a client over three years at the downtown location. I took my Lucky Brand comforter to the Coventry Location. Comforter was returned flat and starchy, fabric coming out, corner restitched and trim along with frantic protruding out of the stitching.

We arrived Tuesday evening at about 6:00PM with the understanding that the store hours were 7:00AM to 8:00PM only to discover that the store closing was moved to 6:00. Since we drove from Marion (about 45 miles) to get to the store before closing, the manager unlocked the door, let us pick up our order of 10 shirts and drop off 9 more, we were elated at her kindness in allowing us to do this.
