Here’s a polished version that keeps the facts clear and comes across as firm but credible: I would not recommend this cleaner if you need your items returned by a specific date. When I dropped off my items, I was quoted a one-week turnaround, which I felt was already a lengthy timeframe. When I arrived to pick them up on the promised date, they were not ready.
