I dropped off my shoes to be cleaned and was assured they would be ready for pickup that Friday. The cost was $125 per pair, so I expected professional service and clear communication. When I came in to pick them up for an event, I was told the shoes were not there because they do not clean them in-house and had sent them to Miami. That was never clearly communicated to me upfront.
