Orlando Cleaners does the basics very well. But they excel at stain removal and pressing my dress shirts. And on my last visit to pick up my cleaning, I encountered the most hospitable and helpful woman. She opened the door for me, both entering and leaving. She smiled and both warmly welcomed and thanked me. I spent 25 years in the hospitality business and she is in the top 1%!
Took my very expensive and large Anthropology dry clean only throw blanket to Orlando Cleaners and they did a wonderful job (less than $35). The very nice lady in the front was super helpful adding my coupon, calling to see when my blanket would arrive by so I didn’t have to come in again and even placed it in a protective cover. She even gave me clear instructions on how my MIL could pick it up instead of me since I was going to be out of the state. Highly recommend coming here :)
The staff, especially Netoya, are friendly and helpful, and the clothes are professionally cleaned and packaged. I like the green option of reusable laundry bags that eliminates the need for plastic covers.
The service was timely, friendly and well priced. Unfortunately I took off a star because of the continuous emails from Jeff asking for a review. It borderline harassment and makes me never want to return.
I had spilled salad dressing on an expensive suit. Orlando Cleaners had my suit back in one day with the stains removed
