I've been a customer for many years now. They do a great job with all of my dry cleaning needs, and are very responsive whenever I have a question. I utilize their delivery and pick-up service, which is so convenient. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend!

If you can use another cleaner, use another cleaner. They ruined mine and my wife's wedding dresses, in one fell swoop. The dresses were dyed and shredded. Took over a year for them to "make it right." We had to call, email, and drop by multiple times a week for literally a year. The manager dodged our phone calls consistently, was 'never in' when we showed up. I found the recent buy one, clean one promotion not fully explained. I went to great effort to pair my clothing - polo for polo, shirt for shirt, to take advantage of the promotion only to learn the “granular” details at pick up. My bill ran over $50 for 8 articles and purportedly saved about $27. I paid far more than I had planned for. $11 to clean one polo prices me out of your service.

Orlando Cleaners has the most impressive customer service! I had a time sensitive situation with a dress, which was entirely my fault. Kim and the team members coordinated to help me out. It’s wonderful to see a business team members work together to help a customer out.
