Orlando Cleaners has the most impressive customer service! I had a time sensitive situation with a dress, which was entirely my fault. Kim and the team members coordinated to help me out. It’s wonderful to see a business team members work together to help a customer out.

Never have had even one problem! Clothes always look great, never damaged, special instructions followed and ready when promised. Even if I lose a button, I pin it to the garment and it’s fixed on my return! As a side note, TOYAH at the front is exceptional at customer service! Always in a good mood and a great positive attitude!! Love to see her smile when dropping off or picking up my laundry! Thanks for being a business I can feel good about patronizing!!

Great service! The moment I walked in I was greeted, assisted by the ladies at the front counter. They were very helpful as it was my first time dropping items off. I will definitely be coming back for any dry cleaning I may need in the future.

Took my very expensive and large Anthropology dry clean only throw blanket to Orlando Cleaners and they did a wonderful job (less than $35). The very nice lady in the front was super helpful adding my coupon, calling to see when my blanket would arrive by so I didn’t have to come in again and even placed it in a protective cover. She even gave me clear instructions on how my MIL could pick it up instead of me since I was going to be out of the state. Highly recommend coming here :)

Always kind and courteous service from the great folks who work there. My garments are handled with care and look great! This is the place where you need to take all of your dry-cleaning!
