Walking in the door, I immediately noticed it was very small, and looked more like a small locker room, with big yellow bags hanging off a rack. But...there was no one working there?! I thought maybe they were on a break and had closed a pass-through counter door or something, but no, it's completely automated with no employees present. That was a first for me. Consistently provides great service,clothes are always ready on time and they do a great job with cleaning. Never had any issues and the automated lobby is fantastic. Easy to use and you can go 24/7. Highly recommend

I inadvertently left a credit card in my shirt pocket, and realized it after my dry cleaning was already picked up. I called Martha and she checked with Luis who not only immediately pulled over from his route, checked the bag, found my card and drove back to my apartment and returned it directly to me! The actions from these wonderful employees epitomize what true customer service is and why I will keep using and recommending Orlando Cleaners! Thank you both again!

Absolutely amazing! From drop off to pick up to the quality of work, it was an amazing experience. Being automated is so convenient. You have definitely won my business moving forward.

The unmanned store is very convenient, especially being “open” 24/7. But with the store being unmanned I would expect the prices to be more affordable. $15 for a sport coat and $7 per shirt is ridiculous!
