Disappointed with the New System and Customer Service This dry cleaner used to be excellent when staffed by attentive employees who ensured items were properly handled. Since switching to the automated system, I've had multiple issues, including missing items and damage to my clothes. A nearly new top went missing, and a pair of pants came back damaged. I’ve been using this automated laundry service regularly, but recently the system failed and delivered an item that wasn’t mine. Fortunately, I was able to return it—but the incident raises concerns about how often this might happen and whether clothing could eventually go missing. I hope the company takes steps to improve the reliability of the system.

This process was efficient, easy to use, fast, and 100% reliable!! While filling out the electronic screen, “special instructions” should be utilized to explain what you want done with your clothes (dry clean, press, etc), and how many garments you are dropping off. You will receive a text message with your laundering details after filling out the electronic screen appropriately, and dropping your garment bag in the shoot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Super convenient! Once I established an account, I was in then out in moments. Pick up was equally easy. I thought prices were a little high compared to my normal dry cleaner, so four stars is instead of five. I will most likely use this business again as it is so centrally located.

It is a very clean location, safe and the service was very easy to use. At first, I was very hesitant to use the service because I am used to meeting someone at the front desk but nonetheless it was very easy to use a lot easier than I first thought and when I had questions I called and everyone was kind, polite and answered all of my questions patiently and precisely. I will be using this service again.
