UPDATED REVIEW POSTED 7/26/25. ___________ I immediately noticed it was very small, and looked more like a small locker room, with big yellow bags hanging off a rack. But...there was no one working there?! I thought maybe they were on a break and had closed a pass-through counter door or something, but no, it's completely automated with no employees present. They ruined a $400 suit I brought in for alterations (they removed the arm flaps and button holes, the jacket no longer sits flat, and the pants curve in at the center and are uneven). They are charging me $75 for alterations, which is not the price I agreed to since the seamstress wanted to include her own fees (I only needed shorter sleeves on the blazer and legs on the slacks). I was hesitant to use Orlando Cleaners because everything is automated at pick-up/drop-off point. Despite my hesitation, I decided it was time for me to accept this new 24/7 drop-off location. I am pleasantly surprised by the ease of dropping off and picking up my clothes. The fact that it’s open 24/7 makes it convenient to stop in. I would recommend Orlando Cleaners based on my experience.

Disappointed with the New System and Customer Service This dry cleaner used to be excellent when staffed by attentive employees who ensured items were properly handled. Since switching to the automated system, I've had multiple issues, including missing items and damage to my clothes. A nearly new top went missing, and a pair of pants came back damaged. This process was efficient, easy to use, fast, and 100% reliable!! While filling out the electronic screen, “special instructions” should be utilized to explain what you want done with your clothes (dry clean, press, etc), and how many garments you are dropping off. You will receive a text message with your laundering details after filling out the electronic screen appropriately, and dropping your garment bag in the shoot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
