Walking in the door, I immediately noticed it was very small, and looked more like a small locker room, with big yellow bags hanging off a rack. But...there was no one working there?! I thought maybe they were on a break and had closed a pass-through counter door or something, but no, it's completely automated with no employees present. That was a first for me. I like the new self-service set up: it is very convenient and easy to use. The call line customer service team is very quick to help, confident, and informative. I am sad that this is the second time I’ve gotten my comforter cleaned and it has come back with the same dirt stains from my dog that it went in with. It makes me wonder if my item is actually being cleaned. I’m really sad because every other part of the experience is great but the quality does not meet basic standards.

I enjoyed the convenience of a fully automated store. I didn’t have to worry about getting there by a specific time. The prices were reasonable and they did an amazing job on cleaning our dry clean only comforter. Will definitely be coming back.

The convenience of having a24 hour cleaners is great. The process for dropping off and picking up your clothes is super easy. We also had alterations done that was a breeze.

I had multiple shirts wrapped in 3 separate pieces. Since there was no indication where each piece begins or ends the door kept trying to shut on me while I was trying to retrieve my laundry. It was not a pleasant experience. It
