I brought drapes in to be cleaned. I went to pick them up when they were supposed to be ready and they weren’t there. I pressed the button to speak to someone and she informed me that I should have been called but they no longer do blinds. She apologized that I wasn’t contacted and let me know the driver was late and my blinds would be there next. Orlando Cleaners 24/7 superseded my expectations in process automation, customer service, AND dry cleaning services. I was skeptical using it at first because there was no human interaction at the drop off center. However, I was impressed with how impeccable and clean my garments turned out. Even when calling customer service for something I had forgotten to mention, a very nice customer service (human) representative answered the phone and all my questions. Thank you! I certainly am returning.
$79 to wash a king comforter in 24 hours?!?!? Definitely won’t be returning!! Our old laundromat used to wash the same comforter SAME DAY for $25. Oh, and you also dealt with an actual human. Rip off!
Sweater that was supposed to be spot treated still has stains, $17 later. They charged the same for press only ladies slacks as they did for laundry and starch jeans. Cost of laundry of child’s jeans was more than the cost of the jeans themselves. Prices too high. If I had known prices in advance, I would not have had the items done. The system is broken. Give prices in advance, even if it’s a rough estimate.
No upfront pricing - really expensive. 2 suites at $52.41. Comprable to hotel prices. It would be great to see the prices upfront so costumers can make an informed decision. Great technology
