I recently dropped off a king size comforter and a black dress at the Summerport location. The process was very easy! I put both items in one bag to drop off and then picked up the dress from the clothing racks and the comforter from a locker. It was a bit tight to fit a very fluffy comforter in the drop off bag/shute. The price for the dress was ~$24 and the Comforter was ~$55. I was able to pick up 2 days after drop off.

I brought drapes in to be cleaned. I went to pick them up when they were supposed to be ready and they weren’t there. I pressed the button to speak to someone and she informed me that I should have been called but they no longer do blinds. She apologized that I wasn’t contacted and let me know the driver was late and my blinds would be there next. Very efficient! Called got pick up scheduled and drop off when it was expected! A little pricey but truth be told I’m comparing to our Texas cleaners! Great service!

I was notified every time they were in the area for pickup. The driver was polite and knocked on the door since I didn’t have a bag yet. The service was quick and thorough. They even got the blood out of my sweater.

Do not use if you have any type of stain or need any extra treatment for your clothing. Very disappointed in service. I specifically mentioned a food stain on my husbands shirt when I dropped off. When I picked it up, the stain was still there. No communication in regards to the stain, as if it was not treated to begin with. I have requested a refund, but have yet to receive any communication regarding the shirt or requested refund. I will never use your cleaning service again.
