Walking in the door, I immediately noticed it was very small, and looked more like a small locker room, with big yellow bags hanging off a rack. But...there was no one working there?! I thought maybe they were on a break and had closed a pass-through counter door or something, but no, it's completely automated with no employees present. That was a first for me. Super convenient! Once I established an account, I was in then out in moments. Pick up was equally easy. I thought prices were a little high compared to my normal dry cleaner, so four stars is instead of five. I will most likely use this business again as it is so centrally located.

It is a very clean location, safe and the service was very easy to use. At first, I was very hesitant to use the service because I am used to meeting someone at the front desk but nonetheless it was very easy to use a lot easier than I first thought and when I had questions I called and everyone was kind, polite and answered all of my questions patiently and precisely. I will be using this service again.

Consistently provides great service,clothes are always ready on time and they do a great job with cleaning. Never had any issues and the automated lobby is fantastic. Easy to use and you can go 24/7. Highly recommend

I inadvertently left a credit card in my shirt pocket, and realized it after my dry cleaning was already picked up. I called Martha and she checked with Luis who not only immediately pulled over from his route, checked the bag, found my card and drove back to my apartment and returned it directly to me! The actions from these wonderful employees epitomize what true customer service is and why I will keep using and recommending Orlando Cleaners! Thank you both again!
