We are pretty sad that our beautiful comforter shrank so much after paying $52 to have it professionally dry cleaned here. The drop off/pick up process is smooth and easy. I would be careful bringing your bedding here. My husband and I both agree the comforter shrank smaller and doesn’t look the same on our bed. :(

I was very impressed with the automated system. As a senior citizen, I needed a little help, but the alterations lady was very nice and willing to show me the steps to leave my jacket for cleaning and there for me when I returned to pick it up. I will be returning in the future. I shared my experience with my family.

Great Service! Wow, couldn’t be quicker or easier. Just sign in, drop items in bag then down the chute and boom! You’re done. Pickup equally amazing. Clothes hemmed, cleaned and pressed at reasonable prices! Highly recommend Orlando Cleaners.

I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve had my clothes there since October 2024 and they kept them for me. With me being a truck driver I’m gone alot for long periods of time so I appreciated that. As far as quality of work 0 stars my garments specifically 3 shirts still had visible dirt around the neck of the collar which I feel anyone who was slightly paying attention should have seen that. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I sent 2 uniform shirts and they did a horrible job, one is not even clean! And on top of that they stained both shirts with something blue. Avoid at all cost, I wish they had a person to talk to but I guess is the price you pay for convenient. Horrible horrible job. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves.
