I was very impressed with the automated system. As a senior citizen, I needed a little help, but the alterations lady was very nice and willing to show me the steps to leave my jacket for cleaning and there for me when I returned to pick it up. I will be returning in the future. I shared my experience with my family.

Took dress in to be hemmed. And for some reason they did dry cleaning on it. It was just a plain cotton dress and did not need dry cleaning. That was an extra 20 00 on top of 20 for alteration. Not happy.
