Lately, the service has declined. We’ve had several pickups where certain items were not cleaned or the item was returned with stains that wasn’t initially on them when dropped off. You shouldn’t pay to take your clothes to the cleaners to receive them back in a worse state. Several times we’ve had to take items back to be “re-cleaned”. After contacting the office, I was advised to put in the comment box at drop off what stains need to be removed. I was very surprised with the level of automation in this process. It was so very easy to drop off and pick up! The quality of the cleaning is top notch and crisp creases, being prior military that is saying a lot! I have already dropped off more cleaning and want to try their tailoring next.

The worst experience I have ever had at a cleaner!!! Please read the reviews before dropping off your clothes. I did read the reviews, but did not pay attention to what other people was saying. I regret it 100%. I would prefer to drive a longer distance to go to a different cleaner rather than coming back here! Their service SUCKS! My cloth was late, and I was extremely overpriced. I've used this dry cleaner in the past before it went to fully automated. Although the process isn't difficult to pick up and drop off, the prices have become outrageous. I had a two piece suit and two dress shirt dry cleaned and paid over $40. That's beyond excessive when you are no longer paying someone to work in the store. I will be looking for a more affordable cleaners in the future.
