Business response:
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand your concern. We apologize for the frustration this situation has caused, particularly regarding the unexpected charges and lack of communication about how your garments were being processed. Your feedback regarding contacting you before making a change to the requested service is important and will be shared with our team. A member of our Customer Care team will be reaching out to you. Thank you again for your feedback, Steven.

Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to review our services. Our pricing is carefully determined based on the level of care and labor each garment requires. For example, cotton dresses are particularly labor intensive, and their pricing reflects the additional time and effort needed to handle them properly. For your convenience, all of our prices are clearly displayed on the television screen located above the drop-off box. We appreciate your understanding and thank you again for reaching out.
