Ruined several of my garments and tried to blame me. After the first time this happened, I tracked the condition of clothes going to them, still ruined another and then blamed me. They charge so much for higher end brands but don’t treat them well. I don’t recommend this service if you want your clothes to be well maintained. So EASY!!!! I dropped off a huge wool stadium blanket that had been through two baseball seasons. Took me a total of two minutes to figure out the user-friendly kiosk. Three days later picked it up just as easy!! Open 24 hours-didn’t have to rush after work to pick it up. Such a great service!!!!!

It was easy and straightforward for me to get about five different pieces cleaned and ready for pick up very quickly. Jeff was also relentless in getting me to write a review, and normally I delete every email I ever get, but he was finally the one that broke me. He said it helps with their online marketing efforts. This really is a scam operation. They send out coupons that don’t work, but you don’t know that they don’t work until you’re picking up your items and forced to pay. There’s no one there to help you, so you need to spend far longer calling around trying to get your money back than you would with a normal dry cleaner with a human being at the register. First time using this business. Very conviennent and easy. Called me with price on a pair of slippers that they wanted to be sure I wanted done at their price before hey started very nice
