Pros: item seemed clean, and you can pick it up at your convenience Cons: There's no one to greet you at this location and the drop off procedure was a little confusing at first. I called a phone number on the kiosk for assistance. The price of the dry cleaning service was high, even with the online coupon. Would only use this place again if nothing else was open for drop-off. A place I used down the road previously was $20 cheaper to clean the same garment, and I even got to interact with a human being 😜 .
Orlando Cleaners did a fantastic job with my dry cleaning. They brought my wool coat back to life and handled my cashmere sweaters with the care and precision you’d hope for. Everything came back spotless, perfectly pressed, and feeling like new. Highly recommend their service for anyone who values quality and professionalism.
Last two times white dress shirts came back with fuzzy lint of a blue color. Contacted company without a response other than a message to run the shirts through again. I did that and they still came back with lint.
I love the convenience of 24/7 drop off and pick up but there have been some quality issues that are inexcusable especially for the higher price of this cleaner. Seen in photos (stain photo has some gel stain remover I tried to add to it later), I sent in a dress shirt with stains to be removed. I paid extra for this service. I got my clothes back with a note that stated “Good news! The stains are out.” so I just assumed that to be the case and included them in my business attire for a work trip. I have to admit that I was apprehensive about doing biz with a company that has zero human interaction with the customer, yet I am quite impressed. Now that I have done biz, I can’t complain too much…I’ll have to c how y'al handle a bigger job.
