I was pleased with the price and the convenient drop-off and pick-up. I dropped off a short wool coat and paid extra for one day service. My only complaint is that the coat only appeared partially cleaned. For the price of $43 I expected it to be fully cleaned and fresh. Because it is so convenient, I may give it another try, but never again one day service.
My old dry cleaner was robbing me. The stains were not coming out and he actually said to me they're not supposed to. I brought the same garment to Orlando cleaners 24/7 at Sodo they came back to me more vibrant, with all the stains gone and the pants were unbuttoned and unzipped which tells me they actually worked on them. I always got them back put together from my old dry cleaner. I swear he was blotting them as best as he could and then would press them and give them back to me for a more expensive price. Orlando Cleaners 24/7 is an awesome dry cleaner! Our jacket came back in good condition and I was very pleased with the ease of using the kiosks to drop off and pick up our coat!
I'm highly impressed with this 24/7 automated dry cleaners! I just followed the instructions when dropping off and picking up. It was very convenient for me. Plus, their customer service is good 👍
I love the convenience of 24/7 drop off and pick up but there have been some quality issues that are inexcusable especially for the higher price of this cleaner. Seen in photos (stain photo has some gel stain remover I tried to add to it later), I sent in a dress shirt with stains to be removed. I paid extra for this service. I got my clothes back with a note that stated “Good news! The stains are out.” so I just assumed that to be the case and included them in my business attire for a work trip.
