They damaged my $300 wedding suit pants and only reimbursed me $12 (the price of the initial dry cleaning). If you value your formal clothing, don't bring it to Orlando Cleaners 24/7. I dropped my suit pants off in early/mid November 2025. These were the suit pants I wore for my wedding, tailored from the ground up by Indochino. All the polos are very very wrinkled . I have to re wash and dry them . I’m not at all satisfied with this experience at all.

Had to find a quick dry cleaning service in the area and once we received our shirts they looked horrible - When I called to follow up they responded with this is normal with a wash and fold service - I can honestly say this is incorrect and we have many great dry cleaning and wash fold near-by that do beautiful work - I would not return

I love the convenience of 24/7 drop off and pick up but there have been some quality issues that are inexcusable especially for the higher price of this cleaner. Seen in photos (stain photo has some gel stain remover I tried to add to it later), I sent in a dress shirt with stains to be removed. I paid extra for this service. I got my clothes back with a note that stated “Good news! The stains are out.” so I just assumed that to be the case and included them in my business attire for a work trip.
